What you'll do

  • Partner sourcing & outreach:

    Build a pipeline of high-potential partners (companies + individuals with audiences/users in ads/ecom). Run discovery, qualify fast, and move deals forward.
  • Deal structuring & negotiation:

    Create win-win models

    rev share, referral, co-marketing, bundles, integrations, distribution

    , etc. Negotiate terms and close agreements.
  • Go-to-market planning:

    Design joint launch plans, positioning, messaging, partner enablement (training, collateral, playbooks).
  • Relationship management:

    Maintain long-term partner relationships and keep momentum high post-close.
  • Strategy & opportunity discovery:

    Identify new partnership angles across industries and channels; test new distribution paths.
  • Performance tracking:

    Define KPIs, build reporting, review performance, and optimize for growth.
  • Risk & compliance:

    Ensure contracts, privacy, brand usage guidelines, and local regulations are covered; manage partner risk.

What we're looking for (must-haves)

  • 24+ years

    in partnerships / BD / alliances / GTM / growth partnerships
  • Proven ability to

  • Strong English communication (writing + calls), confident with founders/executives
  • High ownership: you can operate

    solo

    , set weekly priorities, and drive outcomes
  • Collaborative mindset: you align internal teams and execute cleanly
  • Strong judgment + analytical thinking (you understand ROI, incentives, and unit economics)

Nice to have

  • Experience in

    ad-tech / performance marketing / eCom SaaS

    partnerships
  • Experience with integrations / partner marketplaces / agency ecosystems
  • Comfort with basic legal/commercial concepts (MSA, rev share clauses, brand usage, privacy basics)
  • Experience building partner tiers, partner scoring, and enablement systems
  • Existing network in ads/ecom (agencies, platforms, tools, creators)
