Job Description

The Global Outreach Executive plays a vital role in both re-engaging with former clients and ensuring the highest service quality for existing subscription clients. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and acquisition strategies while also supporting top-level executives in their scheduling requirements. As a Global Outreach Executive, your key responsibilities will include proactively reaching out to former clients through phone calls to identify reasons for discontinuation and persuading them to reconsider our services. You will conduct regular service quality calls with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction with our offerings and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will present our latest offerings in a compelling and informative manner, highlighting the value proposition and benefits that directly address the client's needs. You will also assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings and demos with directors, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and optimal use of their time. Collaboration with the customer relations team to formulate and implement effective strategies for both client retention and acquisition will be essential. Continually analyzing customer feedback and market trends to propose improvements and innovations in our client engagement approach is also part of your role. It is crucial to maintain detailed records of all interactions, client feedback, and progress in our CRM system and generate regular reports to track outreach performance and conversion rates. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Prior sales experience is not required as this role is open to individuals with little to no sales background. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good negotiation and problem-solving abilities, a genuine interest in sales, and a willingness to learn and develop are necessary qualities. Basic proficiency with computer applications and software tools is also expected.
