Global Operations Manager

As the Global Operations Manager (Supply, Logistics and Warehouse) at Fleek, you will be an integral part of our team focused on making second-hand fashion the first choice in the wholesale market while promoting circular fashion and delivering an exceptional product experience. With a diverse team spread across 7+ countries and backgrounds from top companies like Google, Uber, and Y Combinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire Supply, Logistics, and Warehouse operation process. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with platform suppliers and 3PLs, overseeing quality control processes to ensure team performance, ensuring timely order fulfillment from suppliers to the warehouse, and leading the growth and development of the operations team at a pan India level. You will work closely with our global fulfillment team to streamline processes and manage hold and RTV orders effectively. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, vendor management, or a related field, with a preference for experience in retail or e-commerce. You should possess solid business acumen to understand the impact of operations on overall business success and have experience in team management, demonstrating the ability to motivate team members positively.
