Global Operations Lead/Modern Workplace Lead/EUC Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Modern Workplace Lead / EUC Lead to lead enterprise infrastructure modernization, cross-platform endpoint management, and cloud-based security initiatives. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), PowerShell scripting, and endpoint protection. You will oversee global transformation projects and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant modern workplace solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in the required skills is Mandatory
• Lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives, including the migration and transformation of endpoint environments.
• Oversee large-scale transitions to Microsoft Intune using Windows Autopilot, update rings, and compliance policies.
• Deploy and manage MDM for Android, macOS, iOS, and Windows devices across BYOD and corporate environments.
• Design and implement hybrid identity frameworks with Entra ID, Entra Connect, and Conditional Access, aligned with zero-trust principles.
• Develop and enforce Intune security baselines, while modernizing legacy Group Policies into cloud-native policies within Intune.
• Package and distribute applications via Intune and SCCM for streamlined software lifecycle management.
• Automate and manage patching across Windows and Linux servers using SCCM, AWS Systems Manager, or BigFix.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate infrastructure tasks, improve system reliability, and enable self-healing configurations.
• Monitor system resources (disk, CPU, memory) using monitoring tools, and maintain asset inventories and SOP documentation.
• Build and manage Power BI dashboards to provide real-time visibility into compliance, device health, and patch status.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams, Onsite Support, and Service Delivery Managers to ensure operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders during system changes, incidents, and planned maintenance windows.

Skills & Technical Expertise

• Deep, hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM/MECM, and Group Policy/Active Directory.
• Expertise with Autopilot, OS deployment, driver/app integration, and compliance policies.
• Strong understanding of hybrid identity using Entra ID (Azure AD) and Entra Connect.
• Proficient in enterprise-scale application packaging and software distribution.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring, performance tuning, and alerting.
• Skilled in patching and vulnerability management (Windows, Linux).
• Familiarity with mobile device management (macOS, iOS, Android).
• Hands-on experience with VMware and other virtual infrastructure.
• Expertise in managing cloud infrastructure on Azure (AWS is a plus).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security, identity protection, and zero-trust architectures.
