Job Description

Are you passionate about driving successful product launches and skilled in commercial strategy and cross-functional collaboration Novo Nordisk is seeking a Launch Planning and Operations Partner to join the team in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Global Launch Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating launch planning activities and ensuring launch readiness across the RareD portfolio. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of rollouts, leading strategic and process optimization projects, and developing and executing launch plans for new and matured brands in global markets. You will collaborate with the global cross-functional launching team to ensure alignment and act as a central point of contact between global, regional, and strategic markets for launch-related queries. Your responsibilities will include partnering with Launch Directors to identify key markets, prioritize launch sequencing, and monitor launch readiness. You will develop and manage rollout plans, maintain internal launch management systems, and collaborate with various stakeholders to customize and update launch-specific portals. Additionally, you will be involved in collating and presenting funding proposals, preparing launch budgets, and reviewing monthly budget allocations. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's Degree (preferably in a management discipline) or an Undergraduate degree in Pharma, Science/Biotechnology, or Engineering. With 6-7 years of experience in the Pharma industry and strong project management skills on the commercial end, consulting experience would be a plus. Proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel is required, along with the ability to ensure high-quality project management and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Experience with pre-launch commercial activities will be given preference. The Commercial, Global Business Services (GBS) unit at Novo Nordisk is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial & Corporate Affairs.
