You will be a member of a recruiting squad in the HR Tribe. In this hybrid role of system administrator and business analyst, you&aposll lead efforts to implement, enhance and monitor the health of global recruiting applications, including but not limited to Eightfold, ICIMS and integrated tools. This role will have key responsibilities in continuous improvements, including data analysis, development, testing and technical support of BCG&aposs global recruiting applications.What You&aposll Bring6+ years of hands-on experience managing technical aspects of large-scale recruitment SaaS products, application tracking system (preferably iCIMS and EightFold) including a deep understanding of all aspects of the Enterprise level integrations, vendor management and SLAs Experience and passion to be a key player harnessing the capabilities of rapidly developing AI/GenAI technologies within the 3rd party product landscapeWho You&aposll Work WithIn this role you&aposll work with business partners around the globe whose role is to recruit the best talent, as well as IT colleagues to deliver the enabling technology.Additional info

You are good at

Working in an a small Agile based squad Experience driving results across multiple geographically dispersed teams that are working to their own priorities and commitmentsCreate clear and comprehensive specifications/user stories to support releases of new/enhancement functionality of cloud applications, using wireframes and visual aids where feasible. You enjoy working in fast paced, intellectually intense and value delivery focused global environment. Experience with recruiting assessment tools and/or CRM tools is desired.
