Global Inventory and Logistics Specialist

As a Global Inventory and Logistics Specialist at Netradyne, your role will involve managing day-to-day inventory and logistics processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating all incoming shipments to 3PL vendors in NetSuite and Salesforce systems, troubleshooting and resolving exceptions. - Coordinating logistics operations and customs clearance for international shipments, tracking deliveries and ensuring compliance with import/export laws. - Acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external logistics providers, resolving operational issues and delays. - Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, supporting supply chain optimization projects. - Generating inventory reports and dashboards to support decision-making, including inventory aging and stockouts. - Conducting regular cycle counts and investigating inventory discrepancies to ensure data accuracy. - Documenting SOPs for inventory and logistics processes and validating carrier invoices. Skills and Abilities: - Knowledge of inventory and order management processes within ERP systems, particularly NetSuite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in inventory management, logistics, and production flow principles. - Project management experience with cross-functional teams. - Effective written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with data analysis tools and performance metrics. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and make independent decisions.
