Role Overview: Opening in an International Private Banking : As the Global HRSS Head, you will spearhead the delivery of HR operational processes across multiple geographies, driving continuous improvement, expanding service scope, and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). You will collaborate with regional HR and other functional teams to support and lead organizational procedures and participate in transformational initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Lead and manage all HR operational processes related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and organizational policies. Provide strategic direction to the HRSS team and develop a future-focused HR Shared Services strategy. Partner with business leaders and HR delivery teams to design, plan, and implement HR programs, policies, and procedures. Operational Excellence: Maintain and monitor service level KPIs and SLAs for all HR processes. Allocate work effectively to enhance team productivity and ensure high efficiency. Administer and maintain Workday data points to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Manage and resolve escalated queries within defined timelines and organizational guidelines. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement service improvement activities using process improvement methodologies. Harmonize HR processes across business units and geographies. Continuously evaluate HRSSC services using feedback and operational data to drive improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build partnerships with stakeholders within business units, functional departments, and other teams. Foster relationships within culturally diverse teams to drive consensus and alignment stakeholders and build strong relationships across the organization. Problem Solving & Decision Making: Identify opportunities for process and system improvements. Solve operational issues using strong analytical skills. Organize and prioritize work effectively, managing ambiguity and competing priorities. Customer & Business Focus: Exhibit high energy, pragmatism, and self-confidence. Drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, identifying opportunities for transformation. Qualifications: Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, Organization Development, or a related field preferred. 25+ years of progressive experience in a global, matrixed environment, providing guidance and influence on leaders. Proven track record in managing and leading HR shared services teams across the full employee lifecycle. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, administration, and management information (MI) reporting. Experience with data protection legislation and managing data requests. Exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday and other HRIS tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or ADP. Flexibility to support a diverse, international set of stakeholders and willingness to adapt office timings.
