The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial and operational management, with a keen ability to navigate legal and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Operational Management:

o Maintain and update the investor database.

o Prepare and manage statements of accounts.

o Coordinate with various third-party agents to ensure smooth operations.

Ø Financial Management:

o Prepare fund flow statements.

o Review Assets Under Management (AUM) reports.

o Address financial queries related to the fund.

Ø Legal and Compliance:

o Handle legal queries and make informed decisions.

o Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Ø Investor and Stakeholder Coordination:

o Coordinate with investors and founders on fund-related matters.

o Manage queries related to the transfer of funds.

Qualifications:

o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

o Proven experience in fund management or a similar role.

o Strong understanding of financial statements and fund flow management.

o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

o Ability to handle legal queries and make sound decisions.

o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
