Global Delivery Simplification - Assistant Vice President

Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President in Global Delivery Simplification at State Street, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving strategic initiatives to achieve business outcomes, deliver transformation, and innovation goals. Your focus will be on supporting Global Delivery simplification initiatives within India or across all global locations, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, driving adherence to OKRs/KPIs, executing innovation projects, and collaborating with stakeholders globally to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for critically evaluating the current operating model and designing a market-leading future state operating model, along with developing large-scale transformation strategies to focus on client experience, automation, efficiency, and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Support Global Delivery simplification initiatives within India or across all global locations - Identify opportunities for efficiencies and drive delivery of projects such as automation and process improvements - Drive adherence to OKRs/KPIs to evaluate performance and reduce variability/defects in critical business processes - Support and execute innovation projects through the operational excellence agenda - Work with stakeholders independently to obtain necessary information for executing automation solutions - Collaborate with Operations, Transformation, and Technology teams globally for consistent service delivery and client satisfaction - Evaluate and design a future state operating model for your portfolio - Develop transformation strategies focusing on client experience, automation, efficiency, and process improvements - Provide timely updates/reports to executive management and escalate when necessary Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Postgraduate Degree in Commerce or Computer Science preferred - Good knowledge of Lean methodologies and certifications like LSSBB and/or project management are advantageous - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Query - Skills in data analytics, visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau are essential - Understanding of AI & Machine Learning solutions, cloud computing platforms like Azure, AWS, and process reengineering tools About State Street: State Street is a leading custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company globally.
