As a Copy Editor at ISMG, you will play a crucial role in providing content support, copy-editing, proofreading, and creating business communication content for various internal departments. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing copy editing support globally across all sectors covered by ISMG - Proofreading and editing text to ensure quality and relevance, coordinating with the creative team for visual content - Verifying factual correctness, style, readability, and adherence to editorial policies - Collaborating with editors and writers for custom content initiatives - Editing multimedia content such as video and audio interviews - Supporting marketing efforts by creating and publishing content as required - Staying updated with industry trends, security regulations, and legislative activities - Generating fresh and creative ideas to engage the audience - Ensuring timely publication of content by effective communication and coordination within the team Qualifications required for this role include: - A BA in Journalism, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience - Minimum 7 years of experience in technology with a focus on security - Minimum 5 years of writing experience in information security and IT - Knowledge of various technologies and market leaders in security, such as application security, cloud computing, encryption, etc. - Familiarity with regulatory bodies and cybersecurity frameworks across all sectors - Proficiency in web publishing standards, content management, and web technologies - Strong writing and communication skills - Excellent time management, multitasking, and leadership abilities - Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments - Upholding confidentiality of sensitive information - Proficient in MS Office and other computer skills Join ISMG's Global Copy Desk to contribute to the company's mission of providing valuable insights to professionals in the cybersecurity and information technology industry.,
