Position Summary: The Mortgage underwriting associate evaluates and determines the eligibility of loan applications of residential mortgage (1-4 family) loans. Mortgage underwriting associate role includes but not limited to analyzing and verifying loan applications, review of all 4 Cs, evaluating risks, and making loan eligibility decisions. The incumbent ensures the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information/documentation for offering quality and efficient services.
