Key Responsibilities: - Partner with HRIS to define the strategy, design, and manage the technology, tools, and systems supporting global Total Rewards programs. - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline processes through automation, self-service capabilities, AI, and emerging technologies. - Drive system integration and alignment across global regions to deliver a consistent, scalable, and intuitive compensation experience. - Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Finance, and regional Total Rewards teams to ensure optimized systems for data integrity, user experience, and business insight. - Own the roadmap for compensation tools and systems enhancements, including vendor evaluations, implementation, and ongoing support. - Develop and maintain documentation, tools, templates, and training to facilitate effective system use and adoption company-wide. - Utilize analytics to identify pain points and opportunities in the compensation lifecycle and propose data-driven improvements. - Ensure alignment with security, privacy, and compliance standards on a global scale. Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in HR technology, compensation operations, or Total Rewards systems in large, global organizations. - Proven expertise with HCM and compensation planning systems. - Strong understanding of compensation processes and leveraging technology to enhance them. - Experience in managing global projects and navigating complex, matrixed environments. - Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. - Passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating user-centered experiences. - Global mindset with the ability to balance enterprise needs and local nuances.
