Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Compensation Manager based in Gurugram, India, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Compensation Manager will oversee the organization's compensation planning, design and implement competitive compensation strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities include evaluating roles, establishing compensation structures, managing compensation programs, and maintaining compliance with local regulations. The role involves collaboration with HR and leadership teams to ensure fair and equitable pay practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Global Compensation Planning, Compensation Strategies, and aligning with organizational goals
• Experience in Job Evaluation and creating effective Compensation Structures
• Strong expertise in Compensation Management, including tools and processes
• Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and ensure competitive pay practices
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
• Experience with Indian labor laws and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the compensation or HR domain
