As a compensation professional in this role, you will be responsible for the following: - Acting as the Compensation Business Partner for the India office, providing guidance to business leaders, recruiters, and HRBPs. - Designing and implementing compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Offering expert advice on offers, promotions, transfers, and adjustments. - Leading global compensation cycles, managing planning, execution, and analysis. - Managing compensation operations, policies, and systems for efficiency and scalability. - Developing and maintaining compensation models and dashboards for executive reporting. - Identifying and implementing automation or system enhancements. - Continuously assessing and refining programs to align with evolving business priorities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of corporate/consulting compensation experience. - Minimum 2 years of people management experience. - Strong command of benchmarking surveys, data analytics, and compensation frameworks. - Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. - Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday, SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus. Nice to have qualifications: - Experience managing global compensation programs. - Exposure to tech or high-growth environments. - Familiarity with compensation automation or BI dashboards. - Advanced degree or certification in HR, Finance, or related field.
