Job Description

As an Alliances Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving and managing strategic partnerships and alliance initiatives in the IT services or technology industry. Your responsibilities will include: - **Partnership Strategy & Development**: - Designing and executing a comprehensive alliance and partnership strategy in line with business growth objectives. - Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding strategic partners such as global technology vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce), software providers, and industry influencers. - **Relationship Management**: - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key partners to ensure goal alignment and successful collaboration. - Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partners and managing ongoing engagement and communication. - **Revenue & Go-to-Market Enablement**: - Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to drive revenue through joint Go-to-Market initiatives. - Developing and executing joint business plans with partners to ensure measurable ROI and market impact. - **Contract & Negotiation Management**: - Leading negotiations of partnership agreements, including commercial terms, financial models, and operational frameworks. - **Performance Monitoring & Market Insights**: - Defining KPIs and tracking partnership performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership. - Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and identify new partnership opportunities. **Qualifications Required**: - **Education**: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus). - **Experience**: - 10-12 years in alliances, partnerships, or business development within IT services, technology, or consulting. - Proven success in managing alliances with vendors like AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, etc. - Extensive experience in negotiating and managing complex partnerships, contracts, and joint business plans. - Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, software, and technology ecosystems. **Key Skills**: - Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and understand how partnerships drive business growth. - Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. - Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. - Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Analytical mindset to assess and improve partnership performance. - Deep knowledge of industry trends and competitive dynamics.,
