Global Alliance Director (India based Alliances)

As the Global Alliance Director at Veeam, you will be responsible for all aspects of the partnership in India, including developing the partnership strategy and driving new business to Veeam through a joint go-to-market approach. Your role will involve developing the global strategy, defining goals, creating strategic initiatives, and executing them using your business development, sales, and relationship management skills. The primary function of this position is to drive and accelerate Veeam's growth with key Global System Integrators (GSIs) based in India. You will closely engage with Veeam and Global executives, sales, pre-sales, channel teams, product management, and alliance marketing. This role will also prioritize strategic partnerships with companies like TCS, Wipro, HCL, and Infosys. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning to accelerate revenue and new customer growth, collaborating with India based GSIs to explore innovative areas of collaboration, conducting market research and analysis, owning the execution of business plans with GSIs, fostering strong relationships with GSIs representatives and internal stakeholders, and driving alignment and commitment to the partnership. You will also be responsible for implementing cutting-edge Veeam solutions, organizing training sessions for staff, establishing key performance indicators, and leading efforts to integrate Veeam software products into India based offerings. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of relevant work experience in global alliance management, at least 8 years of experience working with India based GSIs, and prior experience managing GSIs like TCS, Wipro, HCL, and Infosys in the infrastructure space. You should also have proven experience in managing alliance investments, developing India based alliances into global partners, and strong contract management negotiation skills.
