Role: GIS Project Manager

Location: Chennai Onsite

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop project plans and associated communications documents
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
• Plan, schedule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
• Ensure that projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeline, and that they meet the required quality standards
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all GIS projects
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of comprehensive GIS databases
• Stay updated on the latest developments and technologies in the GIS field to improve project execution and results
