German Nursing Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen qualified nurses for Germany from across India and other markets.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and training process — from registration to interview and deployment.
• Coordinate with the language training team to track candidates' progress in A1 to B2 German language levels.
• Conduct pre-screening, mock interviews, and candidate readiness assessments.
• Maintain up-to-date records using our internal CRM system.
• Liaise with German clients, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback and onboarding.
• Follow up with offered candidates to ensure timely documentation, exam bookings, and relocation steps.
• Collaborate with documentation, licensing, and translator teams to ensure smooth candidate progression.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and outreach activities.
• Support recruitment events, webinars, and campus drives when required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or international recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple candidate pipelines.
• Experience working with German healthcare recruitment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
