Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a German Language Trainer, located in Kanpur. The German Language Trainer will be responsible for preparing and delivering structured language lessons, customizing lesson plans, and ensuring students achieve the required command of the German language (A1 to B2 levels). The responsibilities include conducting assessments, using interactive teaching methodologies, and supporting students in preparing for language certification exams. The trainer will also focus on fostering an engaging educational environment and providing feedback to help students excel.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Language Teaching, with the ability to effectively teach German to students of various levels
• Experience in Lesson Planning and developing comprehensive educational materials
• Skills in Teaching and creating interactive learning experiences
• Knowledge of Education and Literature to design culturally rich and effective language lessons
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate learners
• Certification in teaching German as a foreign language (e.g., Goethe-Institut Certification) is highly preferred
• Prior experience in preparing students for language proficiency exams (A1 to B2) is an advantage
