Job Summary: We are currently looking for a Student Counselor/ Tele Caller for our Velachery Branches to provide information to prospective students about our programs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping students succeed. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to inform potential students about courses and programs. Generate and qualify leads, maintaining a database of prospective students. Answer incoming calls and provide information to prospective and current students. Provide individual counseling to students on academic and career-related issues. Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals. Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely interventions as needed. Facilitate communication between students and instructors to address academic concerns. Prepare reports on counseling activities and student outcomes for review by the administration. Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree. Proven experience as a student counselor or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with students. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience working in an educational institution.
