Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to inform potential students about courses and programs. Generate and qualify leads, maintaining a database of prospective students. Answer incoming calls and provide information to prospective and current students. Provide individual counseling to students on academic and career-related issues. Assist students in setting realistic academic and career goals. Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely interventions as needed.
