Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    End to end Responsible for conducting geological surveys, analyzing geological data, and providing valuable insights to optimize resource utilization and environmental sustainability.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Responsibilities: - Conduct geological surveys to identify potential raw material sources for cement production - Analyze geological data using advanced software and tools to assess the quality and quantity of raw materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sustainable extraction and processing plans - Provide geological insights to optimize resource allocation and support long-term business planning - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices - Contribute to the development of reclamation plans for mining sites to minimize environmental impact Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance geological exploration and extraction processes.

Technical Competencies


    Proficiency in geological survey techniques,Advanced knowledge of geological mapping software,Understanding of cement raw material characteristics,Familiarity with environmental regulations

Qualifications and Experience


    Qualifications: Master's degree in Geology or related field. Experience: 5+ years experience required in geologist.
