B.E. or B. Tech. in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or equivalent discipline with 3-4 YoE as a technical author or parts cat alogue author in the Automotive / Genset / Heavy Machinery / Defense segments
Must have hands on work experience in Windchill Serv ice Information Module.
Must have experience in creation of Service BOM from EBOM in Windchill.
Must have experience in creation of exploded view illustrations from Creo illustrate and Adobe illustrator and good knowledge of illustration style guides.
Experience in working with XML, SGML, and resolving the XML breakdown errors.
Must have hands on experience in authoring tools like Arbo rtext editor (SGML/xml based), Framemaker and Cortona etc.
Good understanding of DITA-XML & CMS systemsGood understanding of en gine, genset or automobiles parts assemblies and processes.
Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and change no tice, Engineering orders, Service Bulletins etc.
Hands on experience in creation of Owners manual, Service Manual, Diagnostic Rep air manual or Parts catalogue for Automotive / Genset / Heavy Machinery systems.
Working Knowledge on Simplified English standard ASD-STE.
High level of English language proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
