Role & responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, or other digital platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed customer records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction score).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement.
  • Must Very fluent in English and Hindi Language in terms of speaking, reading and writing.
