Genesys Cloud Certification is highly preferred, demonstrating validated proficiency and platform understanding.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify issues quickly and propose effective solutions.
Basic programming skills with a solid understanding of programming logic, data types, and general software workflows.
Good understanding of WebRTC and SIP protocols, including their role in communication platforms and call flows.

Prior desktop applications support experience, handling software installations, configurations, and user-level support.
