Job Description

  • Design and deploy advanced contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Improve Business Calling Intelligence through change initiatives and project participation.
  • Enhance processes and integrations to support a scalable, future-proof customer interaction landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer interactions across voice, digital, and AI-powered channels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cloud-based contact center infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to contact center operations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying complex contact center solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Architect, ACD, WEM, outbound dialing, omnichannel routing, CRM integration, REST APIs, JSON, integration patterns, webhooks, telephony protocols, SBCs, and VoIP infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
