Job Description

Desired Candidate profile

Need to build the entire Automated QA process.
Start with a small campaign and then grow it out across the company
Experience with Genesys Cloud and AI capabilities.
Experience with Co-pilot and natural language processing (NLP) models.
Proficiency in APIs and web services to integrate with different business applications.
Good Understanding of cloud architecture and deployment ensuring security and scalability.
Ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final deployment and post-launch support.
Experience with Genesys reporting and analytics to measure Co-pilot's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (like HIPAA) and the ability to ensure the Genesys environment is secure and compliant.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills to quickly resolve issues related to the Genesys platform, integrations, and overall infrastructure.
