Role & responsibilities - Exp - 12 - 20 yrs Need person who has experience on developing use cases on Genesis and other advanced feature of Genesis, Candidate should have experience in Implementation of Genesis. The candidate will be working on solutioning, and transformation project related to Genesis Team Mngt:- This will be an individual contributor role Location - Fungible across AO location Shift India Day Shift, but the candidate should be flexible to support clients/stake holders across the globe. Domain – BPO, BPS and Contact Centre preferred.
