Job OverviewWipro Technologies is seeking a skilled Developer L4 to join our AI Solutions team within the TS - Data Analytics & AI service line group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, leveraging deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. This role is integral to building scalable AI-driven solutions that propel digital transformation across industries, with a focus on generative AI innovations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related frameworks.
- Develop backend systems and APIs utilizing Django framework to support AI-driven applications and services.
- Lead the integration and deployment of generative AI technologies, including Langchain and advanced conversational AI tools, into business workflows.
- Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and build predictive models that enhance decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to deliver robust AI solutions.
- Apply expertise in classification, clustering, optimization, and both supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques to tackle challenging problems.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of AI algorithms, software tools, and hardware platforms to meet project requirements effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of AI best practices within the team.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, compliance, and ethical guidelines throughout the development lifecycle.
- Engage with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, to manage AI model deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large language models (LLM), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, and operationalizing machine learning (MLOps) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with banking or financial services domain to tailor AI applications for industry-specific challenges.
- Proficient in database management systems such as PostgreSQL and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Knowledge of corporate cloud infrastructure and deployment strategies to ensure AI models are performant and reliable.
