About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to lead innovative projects in this rapidly evolving domain. The ideal candidate brings both hands-on expertise and thought leadership to architect, build, and optimize GenAI solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine-tune applications leveraging LLMs and GenAI architectures.
• Work with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and embedding models for semantic search.
• Lead efforts in prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deployment of custom LLM pipelines.
• Collaborate across functions to identify GenAI use cases and deliver impactful solutions.
• Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing on GenAI trends and best practices.
• Ensure high-performance, scalable deployment on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–12 years

  in Machine Learning / Software Engineering, with

  3–4 years

  specifically in LLMs & Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  LangChain

• Proven expertise in:

• Prompt tuning

• Embedding models & vector stores

• LLM agent frameworks

• Familiarity with
