Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Generalist, located in Ahmedabad. The Generalist will handle various day-to-day tasks which may include managing operational processes, coordinating between teams, assisting in project management, and supporting other departments as needed. The role requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Organizational and process management skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills (fluent English is required)
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with STEM education and the toy industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Education, or a related field
