Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated General Physician / MBBS Doctor to provide primary and family medicine services on a 24×7 on-call basis. The role includes doctor home visits, hotel visits, and telemedicine consultations, ensuring timely medical attention, accurate diagnosis, and continuity of care in accordance with clinical standards and medical regulations.

The doctor must be responsive, professionally prepared, and willing to attend an average of up to 5 patient calls per day, either personally or, where clinically appropriate, by coordinating and dispatching the medical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary care, family medicine, and general medical services
• Attend home and hotel visit consultations and conduct telemedicine consultations
• Ensure 24×7 availability for patient calls and medical emergencies
• Respond promptly to consultation requests and mobilize immediately upon receiving a call, prepared with a lab coat and required medical readiness
• Reach the patient location within a reasonable time based on urgency and circumstances; in certain cases, coordinate and send the medical team as appropriate
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Prescribe medications in line with clinical guidelines and approved protocols
• Manage urgent cases, triage patients, and arrange hospital referrals when necessary
• Coordinate with nurses, caregivers, and allied healthcare professionals
• Supervise nursing care and contribute to patient care planning
• Monitor patient progress, recovery, and chronic disease management
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with medical ethics, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
• Utilize digital health platforms, telemedicine tools, and remote monitoring systems

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBBS (Mandatory)
• Registration: Valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) Registration (Mandatory)
• Experience:
• Experience in General Medicine, Primary Care, or Family Medicine
• Prior exposure to home healthcare services or telemedicine preferred
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction and online consultations
• Ability to work independently in a home healthcare environment
• Immediate joiners preferred

Skills & Competencies

• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making abilities
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and home healthcare delivery
• Experience in chronic care management, elderly care, and post-hospitalization care

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: As per company policy
