General Operative

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Generalist. This multi-faceted role is essential to our daily operations, bridging the gap between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills and an ability to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.Key responsibilities

• Accounts Management: Handling basic accounting tasks.
• Client Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Client Meetings: Scheduling and participating in client meetings, understanding their needs, and relaying feedback to the relevant teams.
• Project Management Support: Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Meeting Management: Coordinating and scheduling internal and external (client) meetings, managing invitations, and ensuring smooth meeting flow.
• Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams (developers, designers, marketing, etc.) to address client needs and facilitate efficient project execution.
• Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the team.

Qualifications and skills

• Proven experience in a role requiring client interaction and administrative support.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (a plus).
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
