UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive and delightful user experiences that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points
• Translate concepts into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs with pixel-perfect accuracy
• Maintain and enhance a consistent design system/style guide
• Analyze user behavior data and feedback to iterate and improve designs
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and justify decisions with data and rationale

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across platforms
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Balsamiq)
• Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with motion design or animation (Lottie, After Effects)
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Knowledge of Agile development process
• Experience working in SaaS, eCommerce, or startup environments

• Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva
• Prototyping: Figma, InVision, Marvel, Adobe XD
• Collaboration: Jira, Trello, Notion, Slack, Miro

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
