General Office Worker

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our office as a General Office Worker. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, and eager to grow with a company that participates in both national and international exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties and daily administrative tasks

• Manage and organize files and documentation

• Handle bill payments and basic record keeping

• Draft, send, and respond to client emails

• Create and manage online product listings to boost sales

• Use MS Excel and MS Word for reports, data entry, and other office tasks

• Provide support in other office activities as required

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

• Strong computer and internet knowledge

• Familiarity with online selling platforms is an advantage

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Office Location: GS HERMAN EXPORTS, G.T. Road Goraya - 144409 Punjab, India (Near Sri Hanumant School)

Compensation:

• Fixed monthly salary

• Plus commission on sales
