General Office Worker

We are looking for a responsible, presentable, and proactive office support staff member to ensure the smooth daily operations of our workplace. The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, punctual, and understand the importance of maintaining a clean, well-organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Open and close the office premises on time

* Maintain overall cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms

* Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests as required

* Support the admin team with basic tasks like photocopying, document delivery, filing, and setting up meeting spaces

* Handle incoming and outgoing courier/deliveries

* Run small errands (bank work, picking up supplies, etc.) as directed

* Assist in managing office supplies and pantry stock

* Ensure proper upkeep of common areas throughout the day
