Position Overview: We are looking for a highly talented and passionate individual to take up the role of General Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the roofing tile, construction, or building material industry, along with strong leadership and business acumen. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, production, and team management Drive business growth and market expansion strategies Ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery of products Lead sales initiatives and customer relationship management Collaborate with the executive team for strategic planning and implementation Monitor financial performance and optimize resource utilization Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Candidate Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in the roofing tile / construction / building material industry Bachelor’s degree and MBA are mandatory Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Proven track record of managing large teams and operations Ability to innovate and adapt in a competitive market Age: Below 45 years Salary & Benefits: Monthly salary: ₹75,000 – ₹1,00,000 (commensurate with experience and skills) Performance-based incentives and benefits as per company norms How to Apply: Interested candidates may send their updated resume to adminasst@tapcotiles.com.
