General Manager – Service

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Service to lead our service operations, including workshop, body shop, and field service. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability in line with Tata Motors standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall service business operations
• Achieve service inflow, revenue, and CSI/NPS targets
• Improve workshop productivity and turnaround time
• Drive customer retention and handle escalations effectively
• Oversee warranty, claims, and parts coordination
• Promote Value Care, AMC, and insurance renewals
• Control costs and monitor profitability
• Build, train, and motivate the service team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering (MBA preferred)
• 10–15 years of experience in automobile service operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Experience with Tata Motors network preferred
