Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Leadership

Develop and implement overall sales & marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
Set revenue targets, market expansion plans, and brand positioning strategies.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales & marketing teams.
Coordinate with top management for long-term business planning.

2. Sales Management

Build and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Oversee B2B/B2C sales activities, channel development, and key account management.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Optimize pricing strategies and discounts to maximize profitability.
Manage customer relationship lifecycle and ensure high customer satisfaction.

3. Marketing Management

Develop and monitor marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional strategies.
Plan digital marketing, social media, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer behaviour, and market trends.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

4. Business Development

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Generate strategic alliances with distributors, dealers, vendors, or corporate clients.
Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and industry forums.

5. Team Development

Recruit, train, and evaluate sales & marketing team members.
Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
Provide coaching to improve team productivity and customer engagement.

6. Customer & Market Focus

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Implement customer feedback systems to enhance products/services.
Work on retention strategies and long-term customer value creation.
