Develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives for the North East region (Assam, West Bengal, Odisha). We're (SMC Foods Limited ) looking for an energetic candidate who can work effectively in the field with our team, possessing strong footwork skills in the market. It is mandatory for the candidate to have good geographical knowledge of all three states For the right candidate, salary is not a constraint. Manage a team of retail sales executives to drive revenue growth through effective leadership and coaching. Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers to increase market share and loyalty. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions that meet regional requirements.
