As a General Manager Sales for HORECA/ Cutlery & Crockery located in Vijayawada, your role will involve driving sales growth, managing customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee general management duties, lead and manage teams, and develop strategies for market penetration. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring sales performance, building and maintaining customer relationships, and implementing initiatives to achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets (10 crore annual top line). - Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans for growth across dealer and hospitality channels. - Oversee relationships with key accounts, including luxury hotel chains, ensuring outstanding service delivery. - Identify new business opportunities and dealer partnerships in untapped markets. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and promotional strategy. - Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with customer needs and brand vision. - Drive effective digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and dealer engagement. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis for senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in FMCG, kitchenware, or hospitality supply sectors. - Expertise in managing large dealer/distributor networks. - Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. - Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on revenue objectives (10 crore). - Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach. - Proficiency in market analytics, sales forecasting, and digital marketing best practices. - Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
