General Manager - Projects - Interior Design

As a General Manager Projects / Interior Design at a reputed Interior Design and Furniture Manufacturing company, you will be responsible for leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. You will oversee and manage projects independently, coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, manage design development, procurement, factory coordination, and site execution. Your role will also involve ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards, supervising design and project teams, handling client communication, and maintaining excellent client relationships. Additionally, you will coordinate with the factory and production teams for custom furniture and design elements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage interior design projects independently from start to finish - Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution - Manage design development, procurement, factory coordination, and site execution - Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards - Supervise and guide design and project teams - Handle client communication and maintain excellent client relationships - Coordinate with the factory and production teams for custom furniture and design elements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field - Minimum 5-6 years of proven experience in interior design project management - Strong background in interior design, client coordination, procurement, and factory processes - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills - Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations - Strong time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects - Familiarity with project management tools and software Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the specified location.,
