General Manager - Projects - Interior Design

The General Manager Projects / Interior Design position at our reputed Interior Design and Furniture Manufacturing company is looking for an experienced individual to take charge of leading and managing interior design projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects independently, ensuring smooth project execution by coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Additionally, you will manage design development, procurement, factory coordination, and site execution to ensure projects are completed timely within budget and quality standards. As the General Manager, you will supervise and provide guidance to design and project teams, maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication, and collaborate with the factory and production teams for custom furniture and design elements. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with a minimum of 5-6 years of proven experience in interior design project management. Strong background in interior design, client coordination, procurement, and factory processes is required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and exhibit excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. The role demands the capability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and exhibit strong time management and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects, as well as familiarity with project management tools and software. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
