We are looking for AGM/GM-Plant for our esteemed client in Kanchipuram location. Location- Kanchipuram Incumbent should have handled business worth of 1000 Crore. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plant Operations Management Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain. Ensure timely execution of production plans while meeting quality and delivery standards. Drive continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and cost control using lean manufacturing principles. 2. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement plant operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and capacity planning. Contribute to the strategic decision-making process at the leadership level. 3. Quality and Compliance Ensure adherence to ISO/TS standards and customer-specific quality requirements. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues. Promote a culture of zero-defect manufacturing and compliance with all regulatory norms. 4. People Management Lead, coach, and develop the plant leadership team and shop floor workforce. Promote a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and employee engagement. Implement training and succession planning programs. 5. Safety, Health & Environment Ensure a safe working environment through strict compliance with standards. Promote proactive risk assessment and safety practices across the plant. 6. Stakeholder Communication Act as a liaison with corporate leadership, customers, suppliers, and auditors. Present plant performance reports and improvement plans periodically.
