Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for Factory Production Administration , Product manufacting seamless operation & development of new product. Manage accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, inventory management, and general ledger maintenance. Factory administration functions such as plant administration, Facilities operation, and manpower handling. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to factory acts and labor laws. Develop and implement effective cost control measures to optimize profitability. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., finance, HR, Production) to ensure seamless operations.. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com).
