Manufacturing quality and reliability Improve customer satisfaction through improve quality and reliability at low cost while balancing cost impact on company. Design and implement initiatives for improving quality and reliability. Inventory Wok with procurement to minimize raw material and boughtouts inventory. Work with planning to minimize WIP and FG inventory. Safety Adherence to health, safety and environment standards and up gradation. People management Support requirement Set and review KRAs for direct reports Identification and promotion of talent within organization. Shared accountabilities Ensure budget adherence of department (CFO) Drive implementation of group level policies (CFO, HR head, Legal head) Minimize raw material and bought inventory (With procurement) Minimize FG inventory (with S & OP cell) Skills Overall company level Promoting company vision Collaboration People development Role specific Strategic thinking Global business perspective industry product knowledge Decision Making Customer focus Results orientation.
