Wok with procurement to minimize raw material and boughtouts inventory.
Work with planning to minimize WIP and FG inventory.
Adherence to health, safety and environment standards and up gradation.
Support requirement
Set and review KRAs for direct reports
Identification and promotion of talent within organization.
Ensure budget adherence of department (CFO)
Drive implementation of group level policies (CFO, HR head, Legal head)
Minimize raw material and bought inventory (With procurement)
Minimize FG inventory (with S & OP cell)
