Are you a results-driven hospitality leader with a proven record of managing multi-property hotel operations and building high-performance teams
We are looking for a General Manager Operations & Sales to lead two established properties in Mumbai and also take charge of launching and stabilizing a new resort in Lonavala. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, guest-obsessed, and operationally sharp.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead multifunctional teams across both propertiesDesign SOPs and ensure cross-departmental compliancePlan and oversee all operations: F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, AdminLead sales, CRM, and direct booking initiativesDevelop marketing campaigns to reduce OTA dependenceDrive guest engagement, customer satisfaction, and repeat businessOwn revenue planning, budget compliance, and P&L performanceCoordinate directly with the Board of Directors on key reviewsWhat Were Looking For-10-15 years in hotel operations and sales, with at least 3 years in a similar GM or Cluster Head role-Strong leadership in setting up or running multiple hotel properties-Deep experience in guest-focused initiatives, CRM, and SOP development-P&L ownership and budget planning capabilities-Hands-on involvement in team training, sales planning, and revenue optimization-Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai; must travel to Lonavala frequently
