Job Description

Strong knowledge of
Injection Molding
,
IML Robotics
, and
utility and auxiliary systems
used in the plastics industry.
Proven experience in
rigid packaging
manufacturing using injection molding processes.
Oversee overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, logistics, and dispatch and administration.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Must have a
minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior leadership role (General manager /plant head)
.
Plan and manage resources (manpower, machinery, and materials) for smooth plant functioning.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to output, quality, cost, and safety. Ensure compliance with ISO, EHS, and statutory requirements.
Liaise with senior management for strategic planning and capacity expansion.
Oversee new project implementation, machine installation, and process automation.
Experience managing large-scale operations (500+ manpower and 50+ machines).

Preferred candidate profile

Leadership & Team Management:
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive performance across departments.
Technical Expertise:
Deep understanding of Injection Molding processes, IML Robotics, and associated utilities and auxiliaries.
Problem-Solving:
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Commercial Acumen:
Exposure to budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and other commercial functions.
