Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales located in Hyderabad. The General Manager Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales operations, and ensuring targets are met. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to streamline processes and improve sales performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Strategy Development
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of market trends and industry dynamics
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical skills and proficiency in using CRM software
• Relevant Bachelor's degree; MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Experience in the infrastructure or related industry is advantageous
