TNE is looking for a results-driven Regional Business Development Manager for Hyderabad who is well aware of the market and is ready for immediate action upon joining the organization. The role is for someone to head and manage the Hyderabad market for MICE business development.
Graduate in Business / Tourism / Hospitality.
10-12+ years B2B sales experience in the MICE industry.
Experience in Business Development / Operations in MICE
Great existing network of city specific clientele
Analytical ability to create and enact market specific strategies (market analysis, target clientele mapping, P&L / budget management)
Proven client acquisition & Revenue success
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Excellent leadership, team management, client management and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively.
Preference
oIf candidate has worked for a longer period of their career in a large organization specific to MICE as a B2B Business Development representative specific to Hyderabad
oLocal language of the city (Hyderabad)
Develop and implement sales strategies for MICE business from Hyderabad
Utilize existing networks and enhance networks of corporate clientele. Please share industry specifics on B2B clientele if applicable
Lead CXO-level client acquisition
Create, map and achieve sales targets for MICE business from Hyderabad
Conduct sales calls, meetings, client expansion, product presentation
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and networking events.
Work with marketing teams on promotions and incentives.
